Tackle your unhelpful thinking traps

words by Tackle Your Feelings, Tuesday 3 December 2024

Thinking Traps are common and unhelpful patterns of thinking that everyone falls into from time to time. If we fall into these thinking traps too often, they can cause us emotional distress, anxiety, or low mood. Because of this, it is important to identify our thinking traps so that we have an opportunity to tackle them.

Across five podcast episodes, Tackle Your Feelings Program Psychologist Emma Richardson joins ambassador Dylan Buckley on his Dyl and Friends ‘Teach Me Pls’ series to discuss each thinking trap and work through strategies to handle different scenarios.
